RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL TO 8 PM CDT FRIDAY FOR STRONG WINDS AND DRY FUELS ACROSS FAR SOUTHERN ARKANSAS
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
Alerts come from the National Weather Service and refresh every minute. Past warnings come from the Iowa Environmental Mesonet's archive of Weather Service products. During a warning, also listen to local radio, TV or a weather radio.
